Mariposa Global is a retained search and nearshore firm. We work from the United States, Brazil, and London. The nearshore operating base is Brazil. The commercial conversation is usually in the US.
The firm exists because most staffing shops sell either a résumé or a ticket. Companies building product, platforms, and markets systems need a third thing: people who stay on the work, and someone accountable for delivery.

Leadership
Bryan Miller founded Mariposa Global after two decades building and running product and trading-technology teams. He has led platform work in capital markets and SaaS, and he has operated engineering teams in Brazil as dedicated remote staff rather than as a contractor bench.
The firm is based in the United States, with its nearshore operating base in Brazil and a presence in London.
